哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院·簡介 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院成立于1958 年，是直屬于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)并具有獨(dú)立法人資格的國有大型勘察設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)，歷史悠久、專業(yè)齊全、實(shí)力雄厚。歷經(jīng)與中國建設(shè)行業(yè)同呼吸、共命運(yùn)的五十年，已成長為中國勘察設(shè)計協(xié)會常務(wù)理事單位，并榮膺“中國十大建筑設(shè)計公司”稱號，綜合實(shí)力躋身國內(nèi)同行前列，在北方地區(qū)建筑設(shè)計市場競爭中處于顯著優(yōu)勢地位。 我院擁有國家建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的多項甲級資質(zhì)，主營業(yè)務(wù)涵蓋建筑設(shè)計、城市規(guī)劃、室內(nèi)外環(huán)境景觀與市政工程設(shè)計、交通工程設(shè)計，同時延伸到投資策劃、工程咨詢、巖土勘察、項目代建等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)。在復(fù)雜公共建筑工程以及大型城市住區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方面成就突出，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能、智能等新技術(shù)開發(fā)和應(yīng)用處于國內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。 我院設(shè)計作品遍布祖國各地并遠(yuǎn)及俄羅斯等國家和地區(qū)，幾代人用青春和心血把工大建筑設(shè)計鑄造為市場知名品牌，已完成哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)主樓、中國抗美援朝紀(jì)念館、北京石景山體育館等經(jīng)典代表作品和哈爾濱國際會展體育中心、北京四季滑雪館等高技術(shù)難度的標(biāo)志性工程，目前正在設(shè)計圣彼得堡“波羅的海明珠”等深具國際影響力的大型項目。 我院現(xiàn)有員工總數(shù)近500 人，技術(shù)人員占全院總?cè)藬?shù)90%，其中50% 擁有碩士及以上學(xué)歷，注冊人員占技術(shù)人員總數(shù)的35%，擁有中國工程院院士、國家設(shè)計大師、國家級突出貢獻(xiàn)專家、注冊考試命題組成員、勘察設(shè)計專家委員會委員等一大批資深專業(yè)人士以及體育、博覽、醫(yī)療、教育、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、水處理等設(shè)計技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的權(quán)威專家。我院聘請國外建筑師長期駐院工作，同時與美、日、法、德、意、澳、俄等國知名設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行人才與技術(shù)交流并開展長期戰(zhàn)略合作。高端人才與先進(jìn)技術(shù)的融會集成，把我院鑄就為敢打敢拼、善戰(zhàn)能勝的精英團(tuán)隊。 我院總部設(shè)在哈爾濱市，下設(shè)建筑設(shè)計第一至第八分院、規(guī)劃建筑院、市政設(shè)計院、交通設(shè)計院、創(chuàng)作研究院、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計院、室內(nèi)設(shè)計院等設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)，《城市建筑》雜志社、博士后科研工作站、城市建筑研究所、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)研究所、智能建筑研究所、體育建筑工作室、醫(yī)療建筑工作室、教育建筑工作室、居住建筑工作室、建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)工作室、工程咨詢工作室等研究機(jī)構(gòu)，巖土工程勘察所、數(shù)字媒體研究院、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有限公司等相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)，以及技術(shù)委員會、總師辦公室、各管理辦公室等人員精干、辦事高效的服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。 我院較早在北京、大連、深圳、福州、廣州、青島等經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)和人才密集地區(qū)設(shè)立了分支機(jī)構(gòu)，近年來抓住開發(fā)西北、振興東北的發(fā)展契機(jī)又相繼在內(nèi)蒙和沈陽設(shè)立分院。同時，為了開拓國際市場、滿足俄羅斯及遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)項目設(shè)計工作需要，我院專門設(shè)立俄羅斯分院，形成了資源共享、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)、本地與外埠并重、國內(nèi)與國外兼顧的整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略格局。 我院始終堅持以改革求生存、以創(chuàng)新促發(fā)展的理念，高度重視人力資源和團(tuán)隊建設(shè)，不斷調(diào)整經(jīng)營模式與管理體制，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行 ISO9001：2000 質(zhì)量管理體系，積極投保工程設(shè)計責(zé)任保險，堅持以質(zhì)量和服務(wù)開拓市場、贏得信譽(yù)。我院200 余項設(shè)計作品榮獲國家、省、市各級獎勵，在全國優(yōu)秀勘察設(shè)計獎、詹天佑土木工程大獎、中國建筑創(chuàng)作獎、空間結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計獎、建設(shè)科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎等工程設(shè)計領(lǐng)域大獎評選中屢獲殊榮。我院連續(xù)多年被評為質(zhì)量管理先進(jìn)單位，以自身的卓越成就和巨大貢獻(xiàn)榮獲“中國勘察設(shè)計協(xié)會優(yōu)秀設(shè)計院”等榮譽(yù)稱號。 我院將秉承苛求完美、精益求精的設(shè)計宗旨和誠信服務(wù)、持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營理念，充分發(fā)揮市場、人才、技術(shù)和管理優(yōu)勢，不斷提升整體核心競爭力，與社會各界廣泛合作，以自身的奮力拼搏和不懈努力領(lǐng)跑行業(yè)、奉獻(xiàn)精品、服務(wù)社會。| A brief introduction of The Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT, ADRI for short: The Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT, founded in 1958, is a large state-owned exploration and design institute of independent corporate capacity affiliated to HIT, with a long history, complete professions and great strength. After fifty years’ together development and common fate along with the Chinese construction industry, it has grown into an executive member of the council of China Exploration and Design Association, and has been glorified with the title of “top 10 architectural design companies in China ". Its comprehensive strength rows among the top of domestic colleagues, owning significant advantage in the competition of architectural design in the northern market. Our institute holds several national A qualifications issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD). The main business covers the architectural designing, the urban planning, interior and exterior environmental landscape and municipal works designing, transportation project designing, and extends to related industries as investment planning, project consulting, geotechnical exploration, acting project constructing. Outstanding achievements in the planning and designing of complex public construction projects and large urban residents have been reached, while the development and application of the new technologies of steel structure, environmental protection, energy saving, intelligent and others are of domestic advanced level. Our design works spread all over our motherland and far away in Russia and other countries and regions, generations of staff have built the ADRI with their youth and painstaking efforts into a famous brand, with the classic representative designs of the main building of HIT, the Chinese Commemorative Museum of Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Shijingshan Stadium in Beijing and the landmark projects of great technique difficulties like the Harbin International Exhibition and Sports Center, Beijing Four Season Ski field completed. Currently we are designing the large-scale projects of international influence like "the Baltic Pearl" in St. Petersburg and others. Currently in our institute exist nearly 500 staff, among the total number, 90% are technical personnel, and 54% of who have postgraduate degree, registered personnel takes up 35% of the total technical personnel. We have a great number of senior professionals such as academicians of Chinese Academy of Science, national design masters, outstanding contribution expert of national level, members of the test proposition board of the registration examination, members of the expert committee of the exploration and design, as well as a large number of authoritative experts in the fields of design and technique such as sports, exhibition, medicine, education, steel structure, and water processing. In addition, we hire foreign architects to work in the institute on long term, while communicating in talents and technologies as well as carrying out long-term strategic cooperation with well-known design institutions in US, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Russia, and etc. The integration of high-end talents with advanced technology has built the institute into an elite team of constant courage and victory. Our headquarter locates in Harbin, with the design branches such as the First to Eighth Branches, Urban Design and Architectural Branch, City Environment Design institute, Transportation Branch, Creation and Research Branch, Steel Structure Design Branch, Interior Design Branch; such as the research branches such as “Urbanism and Architecture” Newsstand, postdoctoral research program, Urban Architecture Lab, Architecture Structure Lab, research institute of Intellectualized Architecture Lab, Gymnasium Architecture Lab, Medical Architecture Lab, Educational Architecture Lab, Residential Architecture Lab, Architecture Economy Lab, Project Consulting Lab and so on, such as relevant institute of Lithology Project Reconnaissance and Design Lab, Digital Media Branch, Steel Structure Design Branch, as well as capable and efficient service agencies like the technical committee, the headquarter office, various management offices. Our institute has set branches earlier in the economy developed and densely populated areas such as Beijing, Dalian, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Qingdao and etc. In recent years, we seized the development turning point of developing the Northwest and promoting the Northeast to set branches in Inner Mongolia and Shenyang in succession. At the same time, in order to develop the international market, meet the requirement for project design work in Russia and Far East, we set up the Russian branch, forming the overall development strategy pattern of resource sharing, complementary advantage, locality and other cities as well as home and abroad both emphasized. Our institute insists on the logos of reforming to seek the survival, innovating to promote the development, attaching great importance to human resource and team building, constantly adjusting the operation mode and management system, strictly enforcing the ISO9001:2000 quality management system, and actively covering the liability insurance of engineering design, persisting on the quality and service to expand the market and win credibility. Over 200 pieces of design works of our institute have been awarded in national, provincial and municipal levels, for many times special awards are gained in the award-winning of engineering design field, like National Excellent Reconnaissance and Design Award, Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Prize, Chinese architecture Creation/Design Award, spatial structure design award, technology progress in construction science award. Our institute has been awarded as advanced in quality management for many years, winning the honorary title of "outstanding designing institute of the exploration and design association in China" with its extraordinary achievements and great contributions.
